- Wednesday 1530-1615: CrossFit Kids (age 5-11)
- Monday 1615-1700 & Wednesday 1630-1715: CrossFit Kids Pre-Teens (age 11+) / Teens (age 11-16)
What is CrossFit Kids?

CrossFit Kids emphasises good movement throughout childhood and adolescence. Consistently good mechanics translates to physical literacy, enhanced sports performance and fewer sports injuries for kids. Not only that, a vast body of research indicates that exercise is beneficial to cognitive function, which means consistent adherence to the programme can have a positive impact on children’s academic achievement.
Entry to the classes will be based upon individual skill, athleticism and maturity as well as age to ensure each child gets the most out of their CrossFit experience.
Our younger kids classes are based on fun, functional movements that give children a safe and enjoyable entrance into fitness. We use games and exercises to introduce core movement patterns, gymnastics and the foundations of strength development.
The Pre Teens / Teens classes will start to look like an adults CrossFit class once we have established strong, safe mechanics to enable each class member to take on more advanced movement and strength development.
All children are welcome, whether they have an experienced sporting background or just want to try something new! Our team of fully-qualified, experienced and insured coaches will work with each individual child to develop and improve their general physical fitness, encourage team work and promote a positive attitude to health and wellbeing.
