Scott

Scott has worked in fitness for more than 20 years. A Level One CrossFit instructor, he is also a Level 3 personal trainer and a weightlifting coach, accredited with the British Weightlifting Association having served in the Armed Forces for two decades. He has competed as a cross-country skier and runner while maintaining high levels of fitness through weightlifting and rigorous army programmes.

Tris

Tris

A Level One CrossFit trainer, Tris is also a certified CrossFit weightlifting, striking and powerlifting coach. He's been in gyms for more than 20 years and competed at good levels in powerlifting, rugby and boxing. He is also a Level 3 Personal Trainer and Level 2 Fitness Instructor and a boxing coach, licensed by the British Boxing Board of Control.

Waz

A Level 1 Crossfit Trainer with over 15 years experience in the fitness industry. Having a day job for 20 years in the military, working the last 8 as a member of the Royal Army Physical Training Corp, Waz has a plethora of knowledge to draw from including several powerlifting courses and numerous coaching and mentoring qualifications.

George

Having taken up running 10 years ago, George has been addicted to fitness ever since. After training at several CrossFit boxes, George started coaching his friends in an area where no gym was available. Discovering a passion for coaching, George began building up relevant qualifications and experience and now runs Kingdom Barbell club out of the box and takes a leading role in Stonehenge Strength Academy, a general physical preparedness programme for youth athletes.

Mike

Mike

Mike is a Level 1 CrossFit trainer and first started doing CrossFit back in 2014, becoming a member of Stonehenge CrossFit in early 2015. As a current serving member of the Armed forces he has had to carry out arduous physical activities and fitness tests throughout his career so far. A sporty and competitive individual, he has represented the Royal Artillery at numerous sports including powerlifting, road-bike racing and basketball and he even completed the trip from John O'Groats to Lands End on his bike in 2015.
