George set up Kingdom Barbell, based at our CrossFit box, to share his passion for weightlifting with others. Kingdom Barbell is the only Olympic Lifting club in Wiltshire. George also teaches Barbell Club on Sunday mornings for Stonehenge CrossFit members.

Favourite Workout

Back squat 5x5... Start at 80%. Add 2.5kg every week. In 12-14 weeks you'll know why this is my favourite workout - you can always add more weight, but it's harder every time. Your mind will stop progressing before your body.
