You'll find Tris walking his French bulldog/pug cross Poppy and his two Pug Dog Welfare and Rescue Association pugs Toby and Rocky. Plus spending time with his children Ben and Lois and writing books.

Favourite Workout

I like the grind of Murph (1 mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats and 1 mile run) but the skill of Amanda (9-7-5 ring muscle ups and snatches).

Personal Motto
For CrossFit, it's 'Crawl, Walk, Run.' That equates to focus on technique first, building consistency with technique and then increasing the intensity. That, and run your own race - no-one else's.
