STEP 1 - FREE Taster Class

Coming for a free taster class is the best way to find out what Stonehenge CrossFit is all about. You'll get to have a look around, meet our coaches, chat with other members and of course do the workout - this will be adapted as necessary to suit YOUR needs and abilities! Your Taster class is free of charge, but limited to one per person. Please contact us to book your FREE Taster class and we can answer any queries you might have. We'll also ask you to sign the digital waiver and let you know about forthcoming Fundamentals dates.

If you're feeling nervous, why not bring a friend? Or pop by and see us first to get a feel for the place.


STEP 2 - Complete FUNDAMENTALS training

Assuming you love your free Taster class, your next stage is to complete Fundamentals. Fundamentals gives you basic training in the most common CrossFit moves and exercises, including Olympic Lifting. It is run as a group session for new members and lasts 2 hours max. Fundamentals is vital to help prepare you for regular CrossFit classes.

We run Fundamentals sessions according to demand - usually on a Tuesday evening or on Sunday afternoons. We'll let you know forthcoming dates when you sign up for your free Taster class, so you can pop it in your diary.

You'll need to purchase your membership online before attending Fundamentals. You'll then need to bring £30 cash to pay for Fundamentals. After that, there are no more costs - just your choice of membership.

Please note: If you are NOT commiting to membership, Fundamentals will cost £60. If you have already completed Fundamentals (sometimes called 'On Ramp') at another CrossFit affiliate, then you probably won't need to do it again - please check with our coaches.



Congratulations! With your membership in place, you'll get access to the TeamUp online booking system. You can register for classes and start training with us.



UNLMITED MEMBERSHIP £70 / mth - unlimited access to classes, come and train as much as you can!

3/WEEK membership £60 / mth - this gives you access to 3 classes of your choice every week.

Please note:

* Discounts are available for military personnel, 999 emergency services, NHS, students, families and couples - please enquire.

* Barbell Club (10-11am every Sunday) is currently FREE to all members, whichever membership option you have (so if you have 3/wk, you can go to 3 classes every week PLUS Barbell Club).

* You can upgrade your membership at any time, with immediate effect - we find this often happens once you get addicted! Please ask.

* We welcome drop-ins at £10 per session (eg. if you usually do CrossFit elsewhere but are in the area and want to train).
