Stonehenge CrossFit is an official Hyrox affiliated partner, and we offer specialised classes designed to prepare you for Hyrox competitions. HYROX is a global fitness competition that combines functional fitness with endurance racing. It is designed for athletes of all levels and takes place in large indoor arenas.

 

HYROX Competition Format
Participants must complete 8 rounds of 1 km runs, each followed by a functional workout:  
1. 1 km Run → 1,000m SkiErg

2. 1 km Run → 50m Sled Push

3. 1 km Run → 50m Sled Pull

4. 1 km Run → 80m Burpee Broad Jumps

5. 1 km Run → 1,000m Rowing  
6. 1 km Run → 200m Farmers Carry  
7. 1 km Run → 100m Sandbag Lunges  
8. 1 km Run → 75 Wall Balls

Who Can Compete?  
HYROX offers different divisions:  
- Open – Standard weight & distance  
- Pro – Heavier weights for elite athletes  
- Doubles – Teams of two split the workload  
- Relay – Four-person team
