Kids and Teens
At Stonehenge CrossFit
At Stonehenge CrossFit, we believe in building strong, confident, and healthy habits early. Our Kids (7-11 years) and Teens (12+ years) CrossFit classes are designed to introduce young athletes to the fundamentals of fitness in a fun, supportive environment.

Kids CrossFit
Our once-a-week class for kids focuses on developing coordination, balance, strength, and body awareness through fun, age-appropriate exercises. With engaging workouts that feel more like play than training, your child will learn the basics of fitness while building confidence and making new friends.

Teens CrossFit
For our teens, we offer classes twice a week, designed to introduce more structured strength and conditioning exercises, tailored to their growing bodies. Whether your teen is new to fitness or looking to improve their athletic performance, our program promotes functional movements, teamwork, and mental resilience in a safe and motivating space.

Both programs foster a love for movement, instill healthy habits, and empower kids and teens to embrace an active lifestyle. Our experienced coaches ensure each class is safe, fun, and scaled to meet the needs of every individual.
